Beginner Group Runs

5k Training Group starting Monday, August 16th at 6 pm, Runner's Alley, Portsmouth. Fall is a great time to get into shape!!

Maybe you've always wanted to try running but thought you just couldn't do it, or maybe you used to run, but haven't been able to get yourself motivated lately?? Whatever the case, this group is for you! We'll train together following a run/walk program on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6pm.

$59.95 signup fee includes:

• Entry into the Great Island 5K Sunday October 10th
• 10% Discount at Runner's Alley
• Technical shirt
• Opportunity to get in shape, meet new friends, HAVE FUN!!

Just show up ready to exercise on Monday, August 16th at 6pm.
